he Arrhythmology Service of the Caucasus Medical Center offers patients the diagnosis of any type of arrhythmia, both in adults and children. We also offer patients consultation with an arrhythmologist with the following types of rhythm and conduction disorders:

· Sinus bradycardia and sinus node weakness syndrome.

Blockades of the electrical conduction system of the heart.

· Supraventricular tachycardias.

· Atrial fibrillation (fibrillating arrhythmia) and flutter.

· Ventricular tachycardias

In order to diagnose and treat arrhythmias, the following procedures are performed in our clinic:

· Electrocardiogram.

· 24-hour electrocardiographic monitoring (3 and 12-channel Holter).

· Implantation of a permanent one- and two-chamber pacemaker (pacemaker) of the heart.

· Implantation of one and two-chamber cardioverter-defibrillator.

· Heart resynchronizer and resynchronizer-defibrillator implantation.

· Implantation of subcutaneous loop recorder.

In the near future, it is planned to carry out such procedures as:

· Electrophysiological research.

· Catheter radiofrequency ablation.

· High-tech catheter radiofrequency ablation using 3D navigation.

· Balloon cryoablation.
