Continuous Development

The hospital has implemented a system of ongoing professional development, and nurses undergo annual training that includes modules in anatomy and physiology, medical procedures, and dosage calculations.
In cooperation with the EBRD, nurses participate in the following educational programs:
• Respiratory Therapist Nurse Training Course
• Trauma Patient Management
• Fundamentals of Nursing Care in Intensive Therapy

The clinic actively collaborates with nursing colleges (Tvildiani, First Medical, Kavkasioni, Orientiri, Panacea) and universities. Students complete practical modules in the clinic, supported and guided by the hospital’s nurse trainers.
