The Haematology Centre

The Hematology Department at the Caucasus Medical Center provides both planned and emergency medical services to patients by combining all necessary resources in one place. In addition, there is a day hospital for outpatients.

For the complete diagnosis of pathologies, both invasive and laboratory tests are performed using new and modern technologies, such as:

• Bone marrow biopsy;
• Bone marrow aspiration;
• Lymph node biopsy;

This method facilitates the direct delivery of chemotherapeutic drugs to the tissues of the central nervous system, circumventing the blood-brain barrier.
