Irakli Kobidze graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his residency in Belarus as a general surgeon. Later, he upgraded his qualifications in thoracosurgery, where he studied minimally invasive operations, with modern approaches and standards, as well as VATS thoracoscopy, video mediastinoscopy, transthoracic biopsies with computer tomography control and various types of biopsies.
Today, he holds the position of general surgeon and thoracic surgeon at the Caucasus Medical Center.
