Biography

 

Orthopedic-traumatologist Dr. Nino Ramishvili joined the team of highly qualified doctors at the Caucasus Medical Center in 2022.

 

Throughout her career in the medical field, she has completed numerous international training programs, courses, and workshops, including in Switzerland, Greece, and Slovenia. She has attended AO organization trauma seminars on topics such as: "Infection Management in Trauma Patients," "Fracture of the Joint: Complications and Approaches," "Basic Principles of Fracture Management," "Advanced Principles of Fracture Management," and more.

 

She regularly participates in international conferences and training sessions, familiarizing herself with and implementing modern traumatological approaches. She is a member of the AO organization (AO Trauma member) and a member of the AO Trauma Organization's Georgian Council.

 

Orthopedic-traumatologist Dr. Nino Ramishvili performs an average of 500-600 surgical treatments per year and serves 1200-1400 outpatient patients. Together with her highly qualified team, using the hospital's material and technical resources, she offers:

 

  • Conservative and surgical treatment of all types of fractures of the shoulder girdle, limbs, and hands/feet with modern fixation implants and methods.
  • Surgical treatment of non-healing fractures, false joints, post-traumatic and orthopedic deformities, with plastic surgery and bone tissue transplantation, limb lengthening.
  • Surgical treatment of acute and chronic tendon-muscle injuries (shoulder, forearm, thigh, leg, Achilles tendon, and others) with plastic surgery.
  • Conservative and surgical correction of foot deformities (flat foot, Hallux Valgus deformity of the first toe, heel "Desis," and others).
  • Conservative treatment of arthroses with intra-articular injections (shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, ankle, and others).
