Since 2024, a new urology team has joined the Caucasus Medical Center, led by David Nikoleishvili, the founder of laparoscopic urology in Georgia.
The department carries out diagnosis and treatment of problems of the urinary system in men and women of all ages, as well as problems of the genital and reproductive organs of men:

• Benign enlargement of the prostate
• Prostate cancer
• Bladder tumor
• Benign and malignant kidney tumors
• Benign and malignant tumors of the adrenal gland
• Testicular tumor
• Tumors of the retroperitoneal space
• Tumor of the genital letter
• Urinary stone disease
• Urinary incontinence
• Erectile dysfunction
• Varicocele
• Deformations of the genital letter
• Urethral stricture (narrowing)
The department provides both scheduled and emergency services.
Priority is given to minimally invasive surgical interventions, which allow the patient to reduce the time of delay in the hospital and quick rehabilitation. On the basis of the department, laparoscopic operations of all complexity are performed due to oncological and non-oncological urological diseases; Many of them were conducted for the first time in Georgia and most former Soviet countries by our team.
