Department of Anesthesiology

The Caucasus Medical Center has a powerful anesthesiology service, 24/7 full service, staffed by a highly qualified, experienced team headed by the well-known reanimatologist-anesthesiologist Tsotne Samadashvili. Before the surgical intervention, the patient undergoes a pre-operative consultation with an anesthesiologist, where all risks are individually assessed and, if necessary, appropriate measures are taken, which significantly determines the best results of the operation. Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), which is equipped with modern technologies, is staffed by qualified and caring staff who have the necessary experience to deal with all possible complications. The PACU is an important link in perioperative management.
