Treatment of open and closed chest injuries;

Treatment of congenital chest malformations;
Open and thoracoscopic treatment of pulmonary, mediastinal and pleural diseases;
Thoracoscopic treatment of empyema (collection of pus) and post-pneumonia pleurisy (dissolution of fluid collections confined to the chest cavity, excision by thoracoscopic method);

In addition, the Caucasus Medical Centre performs thoracoscopic treatment of malignant lung tumours using uniportal thoracoscopic approaches (with a small incision of 2.5 - 5 cm), which have the following advantages compared to open surgery: short rehabilitation period, reduction of postoperative pain, positive cosmetic effect and short hospital stay.
