Sofio Kipshidze graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Tbilisi State Medical University. Ms. Kipshidze continued postgraduate education at the Institute of Medical Education and Continuous Professional Development, specializing in allergology and immunology. She also actively participates in various trainings and certification programs.

Sofio Kipshidze has many years of working experience in the field of medicine.Currently works as an allergist and pulmonologist at the Caucasus Medical Center.

Since 2018 is a visiting lecturer at the European University.
