He graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University. He received his professional education and experience at the Polenov Institute of Neurosurgery of the Almazov National Medical Research Center in St. Petersburg and the Northwestern State Medical University named after Professor Mechnikov. In the same institute, he was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Medicine.

Author of numerous medical studies and patents in peripheral nerve injuries, diseases and syndromes. Actively participates in various international and local trainings and congresses.

He is a member of European and Georgian Associations of Neurosurgeons.

Specialization: peripheral nerve injuries, tunnel syndromes, reconstructive microneurosurgery, neurooncology, minimally invasive microneurosurgery.
