Giorgi Nikolaishvili received his medical degree from Tbilisi State Medical University and then pursued post-graduate studies in cardiology. He has state certifications in cardiology, interventional cardiology, echocardiography, and internal medicine. He is also the author of 15 scientific works.

Giorgi Nikolaishvili began his professional career in 2003. He joined the Evex hospital network in 2013 as the head of the Batumi Referral Hospital's Cardiology Department. He is also the head of the EVEX residency program in cardiology and a member of the board of medical experts working in the same field.
