He graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University. Teimuraz is a pediatrician and doctor of medicine. He is also an associate professor at the University of Georgia and Ken Walker University.
• In 1998-2003, he worked as the chief physician of the Children's Emergency Medical Center;
• In 2003-2016, he was the head of the emergency and reception service of the University Clinic named after G. Zhvania, and then he held the same position in I. Tsitsishvili ambulatory and functional diagnostics service;
• Since 2009, Teimuraz Mikeladze is a member of the Technical Council of Immunization Advisors;
• Since 2016, he has held the position of the head of the pediatric service of the Caucasus Medical Center;
• Since 2017, he is a member of the Government Administration Solidarity Fund Commission;
• From 2021, he is a member of the Professional Development Council of Doctors of the Ministry of IDPs from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Protection.
