Graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University Faculty of Medicine. He received post-graduate education in vascular surgery, academician N. in the Central University Clinic named after Kipshidze. At the next stage, he completed an internship in various university clinics in Germany, in the direction of vascular surgery.
In 2006-2018, he worked as an Acad. N. in the Central University Clinic named after Kipshidze;
In 2010-2021, he was employed at Aversi Clinic;
Invited specialist in the following medical institutions: "Ghia Guli" clinic, Davit Tatishvili Medical Center and Academician Fridon Todua Medical Center; Since 2010, he is a member of the Association of Vascular Surgery of Georgia and Europe.
Guram Vardishvili also participated in EVC and CIRSE congresses.
